  • If the minimum stay is not met, price changes may apply.

  • For rooms with B&B (bed & breakfast only) € 30.00 per day and person will be deducted from the half board price.
  • Children in the apartment: we offer a 30 % discount on the daily rate for the third and fourth person in the apartment.
  • 0 to 2.9 years: €80.00
  • 3 to 6.9 years: 50% reduction on the price per person per night
  • 7 to 11.9 years: 40% reduction on the price per person per night
  • from 12 years: 30% reduction on the price per person per night

Little guests are very welcome! Children are also welcome to use our entire wellness area. However, we would like to point out politely that we are not a specialised children's hotel.

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Changes to these times may be possible by agreement with reception. You are welcome to take up your room early if check-out and cleaning have already been completed. A late check-out is only possible after consultation and is subject to a fee.

How to reach Hotel Madlein in Ischgl

  • Drive on the A12 (Inntal Autobahn) to the exit Pians/Paznaun/Ischgl. After about 150 metres at the fork, turn left and follow the signs towards Pians–Paznaun / Silvretta High Alpine Road.
  • In the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Tirol Federal Road (B171). After about 450 metres, turn right onto the Silvretta Road (B188).
  • Follow the B188 for approx. 23 kilometres until you reach Ischgl. At the entrance to the town, turn left onto Dorfstraße and follow it to the municipal office. Then turn left onto Madleinweg.
  • At the end of the road, you will find Hotel Madlein – you have reached your destination.

Important travel information

In Austria, toll stickers (Vignette) are mandatory on all motorways and expressways. You can purchase the required stickers at petrol stations and tobacco kiosks (Trafiken) for periods of ten days, two months or one year. In winter, you should prepare your vehicle for driving in the Alps. Winter tyres are absolutely essential and mandatory, snow chains are required in certain weather conditions.

  • We accept: cash (EUR), EC card, VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, AMEX and Diners Club.
  • When paying cash expenses with credit cards, a 6% surcharge will be applied.
  • We do not accept cheques.
  • For a binding reservation, a deposit is absolutely required. We request 70% of the total amount from private customers within 14 days of completing the booking.
  • No refunds for early departure. Empty bed fee and cancellation terms according to the Austrian contractual provisions of the AGBH. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
  • Up to 1 month before arrival, your booking can be cancelled free of charge.
  • If you cancel up to 1 week before arrival, we will charge a 70 % cancellation fee of the total price.
  • Within 1 week of arrival, we will charge 90 % as a cancellation fee.
  • For no-shows, 100 % will be charged.
  • In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to withhold 5 % transaction fees for the refund of the deposit.
  • We recommend the European Travel Insurance!
