The prize is serious money at the Ischgl Ironbike race: With a total of 20.000 Euro in prize money the mountain bike marathon within the Tyrolean Alps is the highest remunerative mountain bike race in Europe. After the victory ceremony it is time for the Ischgl village fete, which is held every year. This great street party makes up for all the exertions of the race with nourishing rustic cuisine and cool, well-deserved drinks.
